Services Provided
Pristine Legacy Cleaners provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and property management cleaning services.
Services may include but are not limited to: recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office and janitorial cleaning, and short-term rental turnover cleaning.

Pricing & Quotes
Quotes provided through the website or by phone are estimates based on the information provided by the client.
Final pricing may vary depending on factors such as: property condition, size of the property, additional requested services, and accessibility of the property.
If conditions differ significantly from what was described, additional charges may apply. Clients will be informed before additional work is performed whenever possible.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon during booking.
Pristine Legacy Cleaners reserves the right to charge late fees for unpaid invoices or suspend future services until outstanding balances are resolved.
Refund Policy
Pristine Legacy Cleaners does not offer monetary refunds for completed services.
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We are committed to making it right and will return to address any missed or unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
No-Show / Lockout Fee
If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled property and is unable to gain access for any reason — including locked doors, incorrect access codes, missing keys, or the client not being present when required — a no-show or lockout fee may be charged.
This fee covers travel time and labor costs.
Property Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled time.
To help our team work efficiently, clients should: provide working entry instructions, secure pets if necessary, and remove excessive clutter when possible.
Pristine Legacy Cleaners is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties or unsafe conditions.
Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Cleaning
For Airbnb, VRBO, and other short-term rental properties, access to a working washer and dryer is required when linen laundering is part of the service.
If laundry appliances are unavailable or not functioning, the cleaning team may be unable to complete the full turnover cleaning. This may affect scheduling or result in additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
While Pristine Legacy Cleaners takes great care when performing services, we are not responsible for: pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, damage caused by faulty or unstable fixtures, or items not secured or improperly installed.
Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
